RESCUE STATIONS

In Sainte-Maxime, one swims in full safety :
Four rescue stations are on the strategic spots and the swimmers are under close surveillance.

 La Croisette beach :
from June 14 to September 12.

On the beach :

Do not go out in the sun between midday and 4pm.

Protect yourself with a good sun lotion with high index.

Do not lay down too long in the sun.

Protect your children from being sunburned (sun screen, hat, shirt..)

Drink water (from 1,5L to 2L/day).

Come with a hat and sunglasses.

Do not leave domestic animals in the car, even with open windows.

In the water :

Be careful while swimming away from the coast, think about the return !

Do not go away if you are alone or let the rescuers know.

Supervise the moves of veliplanchists and engine machines.

Flags :

 Green : supervised swimming without particular danger

 orange : Dangerous but supervised swimming

 Red : Prohibited swimming
