The Mazet is a small mas (Provençal cottage) measuring 46 m² (36 m² on the ground floor and 10 m² in the mezzanine), with a private Mediterranean garden and terraces. It comes with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas barbecue and two bikes. It is nestled at the back of the secure Soleil d’Or estate.
With olive, palm, lemon, mimosa, pomegranate and avocado trees, it's a real blooming botanical garden!

It is classified as a fully equipped, two-star tourist rental.

It is ideal for two, three or four people and can accommodate five or six thanks to the sofa bed.

It has reversible air conditioning, high-speed fibre internet, free WiFi, and is clean and pet-friendly with an enclosed garden. It is non-smoking for everyone's comfort and end-of-stay cleaning is included. SUPER TEAM. The apartment has a sofa bed, coffee table, large-screen TV, fibre Wi-Fi box and bookshelf. The open-plan kitchen has a bar, a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a washing machine. The dining veranda has a fridge-freezer and pantry. Bedroom 1 is in an alcove on the ground floor and has a double bed measuring 140 cm. Bedroom 2 is on a mezzanine accessed by a ladder and has a double bed measuring 140 cm. There is a Rapido sofa in the living room that can be used as an additional bed for two people, which is not ideal, but possible. A folding crib and high chair are also available for a baby or young child at no extra cost. Free parking in a secure estate with a gate and digicode. Beaches and many restaurants within walking distance! Ideally from Sunday to Sunday, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
