The vacation home is located in the Sémaphore neighborhood. In the morning, the terrace is sunny for your first cup of coffee and remains so until the picturesque sunset in the late evening. The terrace is equipped with a dining table for eight people, deck chairs, parasols, and lounge furniture. A heated swimming pool invites young and old alike to relax.

The villa has an exceptionally spacious living-dining room with a working open fireplace and a large dining table offering views of the bay of Saint-Tropez. A large sliding door system provides direct access to the spacious terrace and creates an immediate connection between the interior and exterior. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances invites you to cook. A large gas barbecue is available on the terrace.

The villa has four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as four toilets, one of which is separate and three are in the bathrooms. A crib and high chair are available.

The villa is also equipped with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. You can park your car safely directly in front of the house, on the property, which has sufficient parking space for several vehicles and is secured by an electric gate.

A comfortable gazebo on the large terrace also offers plenty of seating with a magnificent view. It is a particular pleasure to escape the cold and damp climate of the northern regions in winter and enjoy the comfort of this open-air villa.
