The villa boasts a spacious infinity pool, 6 air-conditioned bedrooms (5 with sea views), and 2200m2 of wooded grounds in absolute calm. Possibility of parking 5 vehicles. Plage des éléphants 800m away and close to Plage de la Nartelle. The villa can accommodate up to 15 people. The villa features a spacious living room with large bay windows opening onto terraces with a view of the sea and the heated swimming pool (from April 1 to October 31). The house offers plenty of green space, deckchairs, plancha and garden furniture. The house is also equipped with a Ping-Pong table. On the second floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and separate toilet. A kitchen, a large living room and a dining room. On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms, including a dormitory with 6 beds for children or friends! The main floor has 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 separate WCs, an additional kitchen and a living room with TV. Each level has its own separate living room and kitchen. Kitchens are equipped with fridge, oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. On the 1st floor, most of the house has a large terrace with sea views and a large extendable table for summer evenings. The 2 levels have covered terraces and green areas with deckchairs. The house has a closed garage for bikes, motorcycles and other vehicles. The swimming pool is equipped with a removable fence and an alarm to protect your children. A pool attendant is on hand once a week to maintain the pool. A cleaning service can be provided during your stay at an additional cost. The house is equipped with fiber and high-speed WiFi. Cots, high chairs and bathtubs are available. Traveler access: The nearest train station is Saint-Raphaël, 30 km away. The nearest airport is Nice, about 50 minutes away by freeway. Aix en Provence train station is 1h15 away. Arrival / Departure: the house is available from 5pm... and until 10am on the day of departure.
