Generous and multifaceted artist, Paul Richard Mason was born on 31 August 1967 in Rockford, Pennsylvania, USA. Then he moved with his family to England where, completely self-taught, he began painting as a teenager.

It is at 25 years of age that he discovers by chance Saint-Tropez and falls irretrievably in love. Also musician, Mason founds his recording studio and collaborates with many artists and develops several projects. Still today, he performs on stage with his pop-rock band "Velvet Circus".

Along with the music, the artist created his first collection of paintings "The Expressions of Man" and made himself known thanks to it at a large art gallery in New York which offers him a place of artist resident for a year.

He took part in his first exhibitions in Europe and then in the United States. In 2008, in collaboration with his partner Alissia Noirez, he opened his own art gallery in the heart of the old village in Saint-Tropez. Rich in several periods and very marked series, the artist goes from black to color, from minimalist line to dense paintings, using different techniques of creation.

Since its number is confirmed and confirmed with collectors and international galleries. Even more than painting, Paul Richard Mason is now a true designer, enriching his palette of drawing, sculpture, ceramics or design.

A true infuser of emotions, Paul Richard Mason delivers them in his works with kindness and talent. Seen from the sky" evokes the collection of abstract canvases of the artist who represents cities of the world. But "Seen from the sky" also characterizes the original way of working of Paul Richard Mason, who creates his works on the ground, above the canvas, in order to have an overview of his work and to feel the energy of the earth.
