Sophrologist since 2010, trained at IFS Paris (1st Sophrology Training Institute delivering the RNCP title). I travel at home and also intervene in public or private structures as part of group courses or training.
Sophrology is a method that aims to harmonize the body and the mind as well as the development of its personal resources by combining breathing, bodily relaxation and the visualization of positive images.
