In 1920, Fortuné Pierrugues established a fine pastry shop on the port of Sainte-Maxime. This expertise has been passed down through generations, each safeguarding the secret recipes and respecting time-honored traditions.
Today, Charles and his wife Sandra represent the third generation of these creators of pleasure and indulgence, specializing in: white nougat with Provençal almonds and lavender honey, homemade candied orange peel, a collection of chocolates with no added sugar, and their signature creation: "La Maximoise."
