A pastry chef from father to son since 1920, Charles Pierrugues welcomes you to his gourmet world.

In 1920, Fortuné Pierrugues created a small pastry on the port of Sainte-Maxime. This know-how has been handed down from generation to generation and these have been the guarantors of the secret of manufacture, in the respect of traditions.

Today, Charles and his wife Sandra are the representatives of the 3rd generation of these creators of pleasure and delicacy, with specialties such as the white nougat, homemade candied orangets, the line of chocolate without added sugar, and the house specialty: “La Maximoise”.

This house is also known for the quality of its high-end pastry with gluten-free proposals, but also for its original and gourmet ice cream cups, entirely prepared with «homemade» products.
