Oliveraie Domaine de La Pierre Plantée

Perched on the hills above Sainte-Maxime, Domaine de La Pierre Plantée produces an exceptional olive oil that reflects the land, the sun and Mediterranean expertise.

Overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and just one kilometre from the town-centre and beaches, the olive grove is one of the largest in the Var, with 4,000 olive trees spread across several hectares. Grown using sustainable farming methods, carefully selected olive varieties are blended to create a distinctive French extra-virgin olive oil with fresh green notes.

The olive grove also produces a rare matured extra-virgin olive oil, made from fully ripe olives gently matured before extraction, revealing rich flavours of tapenade, black fruit and woodland aromas.

Discover the olive grove during a free guided tour with a small tasting every Friday at 10 a.m. from April the 1st to October the 31st, and also every Tuesday at 10 a.m. from May the 1st to September the 1st.
