WHAT IS IT?

A sport and complete leisure that requests 90% of your muscular tissue!

Unlike running or traditional walking, using two sticks allows you to use the muscles of the upper body in addition to the lower ones (the abdominals, arms, pecs, shoulders and neck are requested at the same time) as glutes and thighs.
