Description
As a new dad, Mathieu Madenian explores the joys of fatherhood with humor and sensitivity in his new one-man show with a playful title.
In his own unique way, with humor and self-deprecating wit, he recounts his daily life as a man in his forties—a story that’ll have you crying with laughter...
For his fourth show, the comedian and actor takes a step back from current events to take us on a hilarious and moving journey into the tumultuous world of a man overwhelmed by fatherhood. It makes us question our own convictions, our upbringing—both his own, traditional upbringing and today’s—his past mistakes and failures, his anxieties, and look at the future with fresh eyes. Differently. A new life he loves to share through situations, anecdotes, and personal reflections that he generalizes to capture our attention and “build a sense of community” with an audience long captivated by his previous shows (One Man Show, En état d’urgence, and Un spectacle familial) and his numerous radio columns. For while Mathieu Madenian was destined for a career as a lawyer specializing in criminology, it was his passion for theater that led him to try his luck on stage and transform life into a never-ending comedy. A successful and fortunate change of course that has propelled him to the very top of the French comedy scene.
