The future centre for events and exhibitions

Ajouter aux favoris

Sainte-Maxime’s future events and exhibitions centre. Sainte-Maxime is preparing to welcome a new venue dedicated to events and culture: the future events and exhibitions centre. Situated on the site of the former post office, near the Louis Blanc Garden, this modernised building will offer flexible spaces to host trade fairs, exhibitions, private viewings and receptions from 2027 onwards.

 Spacious and flexible interior spaces

The future centre will be a true hub for gatherings and initiatives, capable of hosting a varied programme of events, ranging from public events to cultural gatherings. Each space has been designed to be adaptable and independent, allowing several events to be organised simultaneously or the rooms to be reconfigured as required.

Natural light has been prioritised to create pleasant atmospheres, whilst the technical installations have been designed to simplify day-to-day use: standardised equipment, scalable layouts and ease of dismantling to adapt to every type of event.

Practical equipment for all types of events

The centre will offer flexible spaces suitable for hosting receptions, exhibitions or cultural events:

  • Reception area: ticket office, cloakrooms and visitor information point.
  • Ground-floor events space: 550 m² for hosting trade fairs, conferences or receptions.
  • Event space on the first floor: ideal for exhibitions, private viewings and cultural events.
  • Technical and security control area: to ensure the smooth running and safety of every event.
  • Logistics facilities: toilets, dressing rooms and cloakrooms, catering kitchen, cleaning facilities, technical areas, IT rooms and storage areas.
  • Delivery area: to simplify the organisation and transport of equipment required for events.

 The terrace

The terrace, covering an area of 300 m², will extend the event space on the first floor, providing a bright and welcoming outdoor area.

It will be accessible to visitors and will provide a space to extend exhibitions and host cocktail parties, private viewings or receptions in a pleasant setting. Designed to be adaptable, it can be left open to enjoy the fresh air or closed and covered as required.

A project that blends into its surroundings

The building and its green forecourt have been designed to blend harmoniously with the Louis Blanc Garden and its surroundings. The partially greened façade and landscaping ensure comfort, aesthetic appeal and sustainability, whilst simplifying maintenance and respecting the Mediterranean climate.

This new venue will become a hub for business and cultural tourism in Sainte-Maxime, offering a modern and versatile setting to host events, exhibitions and meetings throughout the year.
