Charming, cozy house in a Provençal estate: a lovely terrace for outdoor living, a 298 m² shaded private garden, pool, 3 tennis courts, club house and pétanque, with stunning views over unspoilt nature and the Golfe de Saint-Tropez.

Welcome to Mas 64, a warm and cozy home nestled in the Collines de Guerrevieille residential community in Sainte-Maxime, surrounded by the natural beauty of Provence. The view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is breathtaking. The House 2 bedrooms – 2 bathrooms – sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200) and a magnificent view. The second bedroom, ideal for children, is equipped with a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 children or 2 adults (160 x 200 cm when open). All windows and French doors have screens, allowing you to naturally ventilate the house. This keeps the house cool and comfortable, and four Dyson-style fans are available for your use. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with unlimited internet access, so you can enjoy your streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.), and a Bose Bluetooth speaker. The Kitchen Fully equipped: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, separate refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso machine, Italian moka pot, French press, champagne flutes… and even a Ninja ice cream maker for making your own homemade ice cream. Outdoors A terrace with an awning—perfect for al fresco dining and pre-dinner drinks—opens onto a private, shaded garden of 298 m², which is fully enclosed and equipped with an automatic sprinkler system. Sun loungers with cushions and futons are at your disposal, and the garden shed contains additional chairs and deck chairs as well as a beach umbrella. A designated area in the garden is provided for securely storing your electric bikes. The Estate Swimming pool with relaxation area, 3 tennis courts, pétanque court, children’s playground, and clubhouse with a restaurant (traditional cuisine, homemade pizzas, fresh bread, and pastries available to order). You can also enjoy the restaurant at Guerrevieille Beach, and lovely walks under the trees start right from the estate. Practical Information Private parking space right in front of the house’s entrance. A multifunction vacuum cleaner, a vacuum-mop, and a handheld vacuum cleaner are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is optional and available upon request. Good to Know Smoking is not permitted in the house. Due to the risk of fire, barbecues and griddles are prohibited on the property. Rentals are available in the summer and at other times of the year upon request.
