Available to rent for the holidays, this villa boasts a pool and stunning panoramic sea views over the entire Gulf and the village of Saint-Tropez. It can accommodate up to six people and is located in Sainte-Maxime. Ideally located in the heart of the Sémaphore residential area, close to the city centre, this two-storey villa has a beautiful, air-conditioned living room on the ground floor (level +1) which opens onto a terrace facing the sea. There is also a lounge with a sofa and a kitchen which opens onto a terrace. The pool level has three bedrooms (two of which are air-conditioned), a shower room, a bathroom, a lounge and a summer kitchen. There is a very large terrace around the pool facing the sea. Barbecue. Garage. Internet access. Furnished rental classification: 3*** Exceptional location! Heated pool (maximum temperature 27°). Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean. Household linen is optional and the number of people must be specified. Final cleaning costs an additional €180. A security deposit of €1000 is payable upon arrival. Tourist taxes are an additional charge, the amount of which varies depending on the rental price, the duration and the number of people over 18 occupying the property. Charges are included. A 25% deposit is required. The villa, including the kitchen area, must be returned in impeccable condition and the rubbish must be emptied. The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
