This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Sainte-Maxime and is perfect for a vacation for four people. You’ll be just a short walk from the beach, as well as all amenities (shops, restaurants, markets…), making your stay particularly enjoyable without needing to drive. The apartment features a bright living room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bedroom located at the rear of the building in a quiet area, ensuring comfort and peace and quiet at night. It is located on the first floor above street level and on the ground floor relative to the rear entrance of the residence. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a parking space. Pets are not allowed. Linens are optional (please specify the number of guests). A final cleaning fee of €50 applies. A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. Visitor’s taxes are additional (amount varies depending on the length of stay, the rental price, and the number of guests over 18 years of age occupying the unit). Utilities are included. A 25% deposit is required. The apartment must be left in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied. Keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
