Villa Les Skalbo is perched at the top of the hill and offers an exceptional view! The center of Sainte-Maxime is just 900 m below. The house is ideal for a family or a couple, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.

Perched atop a hill, the estate offers breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Terraces surround the house, allowing you to enjoy the sun no matter where it is in the sky, while also providing pleasant shade. The hot tub and fitness area are located at the front of the villa. The pétanque court is to the north, and the pool (5 x 10 m) is at the back. You’ll find lounge chairs, patio furniture, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table. The restrooms are easily accessible from the villas. The pool is shallower at one end and deeper at the other. During the off-season, it can be heated (approximately €12 per day). How do you maintain the pool? The pool technician comes once a week, or more often if necessary. He takes care of everything. Feel free to ask him any questions you may have about the pool during your stay. Instructions will be provided if you wish to rent the hot tub. It’s a simple and very enjoyable massage :) The ping-pong table is located outside. The paddles are on the table or in the closet in the Andrea bedroom.
