Family Plus  A RIGOROUS NATIONAL QUALITY APPROACH

Since 2011, our destination has held the ‘Famille Plus’ accreditation, a national quality scheme aimed at improving the welcome given to families on holiday by guaranteeing them a special welcome.
As such, alongside the Tourist Office, nearly 45 stakeholders from across all sectors have committed to enabling families to ‘share wonderful experiences together’, through fun and educational activities, high-quality catering, and suitable services and accommodation.

A RIGOROUS NATIONAL QUALITY INITIATIVE, DESIGNED TO SUPPORT FAMILIES

The Famille Plus label is awarded for a period of three years to local areas and service providers that implement a genuine policy of welcoming families and children.

It is awarded following an application and a verification audit. It requires compliance with a set of precise criteria, verified through internal and external checks, as part of a process of continuous improvement in the quality of hospitality.

Vignobles & Découvertes  BOOST YOUR BUSINESS

Created in 2009 by Atout France and supported by the Conseil Supérieur de l’Œnotourisme, the Vignobles & Découvertes label is a prestigious accolade awarded for a period of three years. This label promotes tourist and wine-growing destinations that offer cellar tours and tastings, along with a range of high-quality services, including accommodation, dining, cellar tours and tastings, museums and local events.

Why become a ‘Vignobles & Découvertes’ partner for a destination?

‘Vignobles & Découvertes’ destinations promote a variety of service providers, located within the area of a wine appellation d’origine contrôlée (AOC), who offer – or wish to offer – their visitors high-quality services linked to the vineyard.
Joining the network of a “Vignobles & Découvertes” destination means becoming part of a shared drive to develop tourism in the region, with a view to promoting, publicising and showcasing your business as well as those of your partners.

Tourism and Disability

What is the ‘Tourisme & Handicap’ label?

Tourisme & Handicap is a government-awarded label managed by Atout France, which recognises tourist establishments that meet the specific needs of people with disabilities.

To qualify for the Tourisme & Handicap label, establishments must meet accessibility and hospitality criteria that ensure people with disabilities enjoy the greatest possible independence.

The label has two main objectives:

  • to provide reliable and objective information on the accessibility of tourist sites and facilities,
