ONE OF THE LARGEST OLIVE GROVES IN THE VAR Located on the hills above Sainte-Maxime, the Domaine de La Pierre Plantée enjoys a prime location with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A true haven of peace surrounded by nature, the estate is one of the largest olive groves in the Var, with 4,000 olive trees spread over several hectares. A UNIQUE OLIVE OIL The Domaine de La Pierre Plantée uses sustainable farming practices to cultivate several varieties of olive trees, carefully selected to produce a rare blend that yields an extra virgin olive oil from France with a unique green, fruity flavor. AGED OLIVE OIL: AN EXCLUSIVE PRODUCT The aged olive oil is made from olives harvested at full ripeness and then lightly aged before extraction. This traditional, gentler process brings out notes of tapenade, black fruits, and forest floor. GUIDED TOUR Discover the olive grove during a free guided tour with a small tasting every Friday at 10 a.m. from April 1 to October 31, as well as on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. from May 1 to September 30. THE SHOP Products from the Domaine de La Pierre Plantée are sold exclusively at two locations: - the shop on the estate itself, where you can purchase olive oil, whole olives, and a selection of fine foods, - the Sainte-Maxime Tourist Office, where olive oil is available.
